Our Story
Our Black House on the Lake can be your destination for a premium vacation rental designed to offer the ultimate comfort and relaxation. We have a beautiful lake house that we have lovingly restored since 2015 to what it is today, now we want to share it with you. There is plenty of room to host your friends and family. Our property is carefully setup to provide a home away from home experience in a picturesque settings. We are dedicated to ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and stress-free stay.
Amenities:
Our property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are primary suites that include king beds with ensuite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed respectively which share a hallway bathroom. We also have a game room out the backdoor and down a flight of stairs that offers four twin beds (2 of them are futons that fold down), a pool table/ping pong table combo, and a Ms. Pacman machine. There is also a twin futon in the loft area above the living room, as well as another futon in the upstairs bedroom that has a king size bed in it. Our house can sleep up to 14 people comfortably.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen and also a coffee bar in the laundry room that includes a Keurig, an espresso machine, as well as a traditional coffee pot, all listed have coffee supplied.
There is a short walk to the dock with limited stairs to it and the firepit.
The dock features 8 loungers and 4 chairs. We also have 3 umbrellas for shade as well as many floats and lifejackets available for all ages. All children under age 13 yrs are required to have a lifejacket on when in the water for safety.

Well equipped kitchen with island for extra seating. The refrigerator has dual ice makers and filtered water. We also offer a 2nd refrigerator in the game room downstairs for extra food storage.

Dock with storage for floats and lifejackets inside the corral. We also offer 3 paddleboards, 4 kayaks and 1 canoe.

Game room has a view of the lake, to access this room you have to go out the back door and down the stairs. This room can sleep 4 people.
